Have you been struggling to execute on your side hustle ideas? This is the tool that has solved that problem for thousands of people already.
Take a second and think back. Do you remember the last idea you had and you told a few friends and family about it? Chances are you either never started doing anything with the idea or you just dabbled and let the excitement fizzle out. Then at the next family event your hoping they don’t bring up your million dollar idea.
After talking with countless “wantrepreneurs” while I was in the product development phase of this journal, it was painfully apparent that one of the main reasons people never get far with their ideas is because they are overwhelmed. There are a ton of things that need to get done and it can seem impossible to build your side hustle while juggling your day job, family life and other commitments. We are not here to tell you that starting a business is easy, especially when it is a side hustle. We are here to tell you that people just like you helped in developing this journal and it contains the tools to manage and overcome the anxious feeling you get when thinking about everything involved in starting a business from scratch.
This is where The Molehill System™️ comes in. One of the pillars of The Molehill System™️ is your Milestones. These are the three most important objectives for your business. Think of it as the three goals that will determine if your business idea becomes a reality or not. There may be 10 other things that could be Milestones and need to get done, but these three are most important. By focusing on three key Milestone objectives, you always have a path forward and you will know if a task is a waste of time or if it will drive you closer to your Ultimate Goal.
I will use launching Grit and Hustle Co as an example. When the idea for The Side Hustle Journal hit me and I decided to pursue the idea, I immediately set my three Milestone objectives.
-

**they were much more detailed than this and were developed using the process in the actual journal**
Spot on with some people being overwhelmed as why they don’t go far. Very important to stay focused, and have those milestones to have that path forward, thanks for the great article! I’ve always stuck to keep things extremely simple. Simple works, complex rarely works!
